Note:To book,send this form.Use one form for each person.The availability of your trip will be
checked,along with the cost of
your flight,which will vary
according to the time of year and availability of
seats.You will be informed of
the total cost of your trip,and
if you decide to book,a deposit
to cover the total flight costs,and 10% of the trip cost including internal
airfare will be required. The deposit will need to be paid
within one week from receipt of written confirmation of
the total trip costs. If you
book less than 8 weeks before departure,full payment of the total trip costs
will be required,one week from
receipt of written confirmation of the total costs from
