How are trekking expeditions, and how
should I choose the right destination?
You need not have to be an athlete, trekking in the Himalaya and among the
people is itself an athletic experience as trekking or hiking is not
mountaineering. Anyone with a pair of strong legs and a spirit of adventure
to explore the exotic will enjoy the thrills of trekking.
It is important to remember, however, it requires an adequate level of
physical preparation in walking on the mountains. Plus, of course there is
the Awesome Travel's element of choice. You choose whether to trek for 4
days or 21 days, whether to camp or stay in luxurious lodges.

What are the ways of organizing trekking- Camping or Luxury Lodges ?
Our trekking trips include wide range of planning, and organize any type of
trek you prefer, either a camping or a luxurious lodge trek.
On camping trek, we'll have world class camping equipments for staying on
tented camps, hot and fresh food will be prepared and served by our
professional kitchen crew. While on lodge trek, we will stay in the
very comfortable luxury lodges.

What are necessary equipments?
Trekking in Nepal and mostly in the Himalayan region, you will need to be well
equipped. Detailed list of recommended equipments & clothing are mentioned
on the trip dossier. Equipments of major
logistic support such as tents, camping and kitchen utensils will be
provided by us.

Hotel accommodation: Which standard you use ?
All the
hotels we use are some
of the best available.
We normally use Five star hotels while we offer the programs to you. Your
stay in these hotels will therefore be very pleasant, and a reward for your efforts, both before, and
after your trips.

Can I obtain Nepal visa upon arrival at Kathmandu airport ?
Yes, you can obtain tourist visa upon arrival at Kathmandu Airport.

What is the best season for my trips in Nepal ?
Normally trekking trips in Nepal can be organized / enjoyed throughout a
whole year. However, Spring (Mar - May) and Autumn (Sep - Nov) are
considered as the best seasons.

What are your payment terms ?
To make a booking please send us a signed, completed booking form. On
receipt, we will check the availability of your chosen trip. You will then
be informed of the cost of your airfare, and we will require the full cost
of the airfare, and 10% of the trip cost including internal airfare, to be paid within one
week of our written confirmation.
