THE TEAM

The Team consists of myself, Dr Steve Kershaw (Managing Director) who has a particular interest in Expedition and Travel Medicine, as well as a passion for travel generally, MB ChB DA DRCOG MRCGP. I also have a Diploma in Travel Medicine.

I have been on expeditions to Everest twice, The Arctic, Burma and The Amazon to the Wai-Wai Indians, Africa, and Peru. I have recently been to Rwanda and Uganda to track the Mountain Gorillas, a privilege in itself; and to Borneo to see for myself the amazing Orangutans in their own natural habitat.

Mr. Sanjeev Chhetri, probably is the most important member. He has participated in leading treks in the Himalayas for twenty years, and has a wealth of experience in this field. He is an avid bird watcher and is very knowledgeable of the cultures, religions and traditions of his country Nepal. He has also lead treks regularly in the Alps and has traveled all over Asia, Europe and America.

Sanjeev has many contacts in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India which has helped enormously in keeping the costs of our trips so competitive. He has also managed to negotiate the use of the best hotels, and to keep the costs down.
